Job summary

CRMG is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform essential upkeep at Emmons Place, a 146-unit affordable community in Portland, OR. You will be responsible for building maintenance, landscaping, amenities, parking areas and trash management.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting, plus janitorial duties. Strong time management and accuracy with work orders are required.

Qualifications

• One year in Maintenance Technician I or two years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate landscaping/equipment.
• Comfort following instructions and working alone or in a team.
• Familiarity with work orders and basic maintenance tasks across trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily upkeep and cleanliness of buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking, and trash areas at Emmons Place.
• Carry out repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and janitorial tasks.
• Manage work orders using technology with accuracy and timeliness.
