Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our Frederick, MD community. This full-time role supports daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and unit turnover, with an on-site schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in maintenance, and a valid driver's license. EPA 608 certification is preferred, and a comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license strongly preferred.
• Minimum three years of maintenance and general repair experience (or Groundskeeper).
• Own basic tools as allowed by state laws.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws including Fair Housing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute and sustain daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and response times with courteous customer service.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report safety concerns to supervisor.
