Job summary

Riverstone Communities LLC is seeking a Level 2 Maintenance Technician for our Moundsview Mobile Home Park in Mounds View, MN. The role offers a steady 40-hour week and a full-time schedule with benefits and growth opportunities.

Pay is $22.00–$24.00 per hour, plus bonus potential, and the company provides on-site tools, training, and a supportive team environment focused on respect and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in general labor including groundskeeping, landscaping, property maintenance.
• 1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outside in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace faucets and toilets; diagnose simple water leaks.
• Install and service electrical fixtures; replace outlets and understand breakers.
• Maintain curb appeal; groundskeeping and routine cleanup.
• Complete cleanouts, read water meters, and finish work orders promptly.
• Adhere to safety laws and conduct inventory checks.
