Job summary

Riverstone Communities is seeking a Level 2 Maintenance Technician for Terrace Heights Mobile Home Park in St. Paul, MN. The role focuses on plumbing, electrical work, and upkeep to ensure high property standards for residents and staff.

Earn $22.00–$24.00 per hour with bonus potential, plus a comprehensive benefits package. This full-time position includes 40 hours per week, paid holidays, PTO, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of general labor experience including groundskeeping, landscaping, and property maintenance.
• 1–2 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outside in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn technology in a basic capacity.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive between locations on the property.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace faucets and toilets; diagnose and repair simple water leaks.
• Install/repair light fixtures, GFCIs; understand wattage, breakers and outlets.
• Oversee curb appeal including trash pickup and groundskeeping.
• Complete clean outs of homes.
• Finish work orders efficiently and timely.
• Read water meters for each home.
• Adhere to safety laws and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Take online/virtual training.
• Other duties as trained.
