Riverstone Communities is seeking a Level 2 Maintenance Technician for our Mounds View, MN community. You’ll handle plumbing, electrical tasks, and day-to-day property maintenance to keep the grounds and homes in excellent condition.

This full-time role offers a steady 40-hour week, competitive $22-24/hour pay with bonus potential, benefits, paid holidays, PTO, and growth opportunities. Training is provided and you’ll collaborate with a respectful, inclusive team.

Formación

• 2-3 years of general labor including groundskeeping, landscaping, and property maintenance.
• 1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing.
• Ability to walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with working outside in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to use technology and drive to locations on the property.

Responsabilidades

• Plumbing work such as repairing or replacing faucets and toilets.
• Electrical work such as light fixtures and outlets.
• Oversee curb appeal and groundskeeping to Riverstone Communities standards (lawn care, planting, weeding).
• Complete clean outs of homes and finish work orders efficiently.
• Read water meters for each home and perform day-to-day duties with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to safety laws and regulations and conduct inventory checks.
• Take training classes online and perform other duties as trained.

We are currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Maintenance Technician for our Moundsview Mobile Home Park located at 1046 Montclair Ave Mounds View, MN 55112.

Level 2 Maintenance Technician Job Duties:

• Plumbing work such as repairing or replacing faucets and toilets, operating a sewer cleanout auger, diagnosing and repairing a simple water leak
• Electrical work such as light fixtures, GFCI’s, understanding lightbulb wattage, breakers and fuses, replacing outlets
• Oversee the curb appeal of the community and make sure it is up to Riverstone Communities’ standards which includes:
  • Picking up trash around the community
  • Groundskeeping including lawn mowing, planting flowers, weeding/weed eating, etc
• Complete clean outs of homes
• Finish work orders in an efficient and timely manner
• Read water meters for each home
• Complete day to day duties with minimal supervision
• Adhere to all safety laws and regulations
• Conduct regular inventory checks on equipment and supplies
• Take training classes online/virtually via a computer or tablet
• Other duties as qualified and trained to do so

Level 2 Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in general labor including groundskeeping, landscaping, property management maintenance
• 1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing
• Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Need to be comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions
• Willingness to use technology/learn technology in a basic capacity
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle (drive to different locations on the property) with a valid driver’s license

**Specific maintenance knowledge/skills will be tested for accuracy.
