Job summary

Riverstone Communities is seeking two Level 2 Maintenance Technicians for on-site positions at Mounds View and Roseville locations. You’ll perform plumbing and electrical tasks, maintain curb appeal, and complete work orders with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in general labor including groundskeeping, landscaping and property maintenance.
• 1-2 years in basic residential plumbing.
• Active lifestyle with ability to walk, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing tasks such as repairing or replacing faucets and toilets.
• Handle electrical work including light fixtures, GFCIs, and replacing outlets.
• Maintain curb appeal and groundskeeping to Riverstone Communities’ standards.
• Complete home cleanouts and finish work orders efficiently.
• Read water meters and perform day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to safety laws and regulations and conduct inventory checks.

We are currently seeking two qualified Level 2 Maintenance Technicians for ourMoundsview Mobile Home Park located at 1046 Montclair Ave Mounds View, MN 55112 and Roseville Estates Mobile Home Park located at 2599 Lexington Ave N Roseville, MN 55113.

Level 2 Maintenance TechnicianJob Duties:

Plumbing work such as repairing or replacing faucets and toilets, operating a sewer cleanout auger, diagnosing and repairing a simple water leak

Electrical work such as light fixtures, GFCI’s, understanding lightbulb wattage, breakers and fuses, replacing outlets

Oversee the curb appeal of the community and make sure it is up to Riverstone Communities’ standards which includes:

Picking up trash around the community

Groundskeeping including lawn mowing, planting flowers, weeding/weed eating, etc

Complete clean outs of homes

Finish work orders in an efficient and timely manner

Read water meters for each home

Complete day to day duties with minimal supervision

Adhere to all safety laws and regulations

Conduct regular inventory checks on equipment and supplies

Take training classes online/virtually via a computer or tablet

Other duties as qualified and trained to do so

Level 2 Maintenance TechnicianRequirements:

2-3 years of experience in general labor including groundskeeping, landscaping, property management maintenance

1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing

Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Need to be comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions

Willingness to use technology/learn technology in a basic capacity

Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle (drive to different locations on the property) with a valid driver’s license

**Specific maintenance knowledge/skills will be tested for accuracy.
