Riverstone Communities is seeking a Level 2 Maintenance Technician for Terrace Heights Mobile Home Park at 2442 Rice Street, St. Paul, MN 55113.

This full-time role offers a steady 40-hour week, with a pay rate of $22.00–$24.00 per hour plus bonus potential. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of general labor experience including groundskeeping and property maintenance.
• 1-2 years experience in basic residential plumbing.
• Ability to perform physical activities and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace faucets and toilets; diagnose leaks.
• Maintain curb appeal and groundskeeping across the community.
• Complete work orders efficiently and read water meters.
