Job summary

Riverstone Communities is seeking a Level 2 Maintenance Technician at the Mounds View Park in Minnesota. The role involves plumbing, electrical tasks, and keeping the community's curb appeal up to standards.

The schedule is full-time with a steady 40-hour week, suitable for reliable hands-on professionals. You will perform routine maintenance, complete work orders, read meters, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in general labor including groundskeeping, landscaping, property management maintenance
• 1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing
• Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Repair faucets and toilets, diagnose and repair simple water leaks
• Install or replace light fixtures; handle basic electrical tasks
• Oversee curb appeal and groundskeeping to Riverstone Communities standards
• Complete clean outs of homes and respond to work orders efficiently
• Read water meters and perform day-to-day duties with minimal supervision
• Adhere to safety regulations and conduct inventory of equipment
