Job summary

The PMC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support property maintenance across our portfolio. The role requires hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, plus a proactive approach to safety and resident comfort.

You will perform routine maintenance, respond to work orders, and help manage grounds, inspections, and records. A high school diploma is required, with strong teamwork and communication skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of real estate software (Yardi, MS Office).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to identify problems and develop practical solutions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC servicing, basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs in common areas.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders.
• Assist in maintaining exterior property, including lawn care and snow removal.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas and building systems to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inspections in the property management system.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.
