Job summary

The Property Management Company, Inc. (The PMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to uphold high standards of safety, comfort, and appearance across properties. You will perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry tasks and advise on improvements while supporting a fast-paced team.

You will manage work orders, conduct routine inspections, and assist with preventive maintenance programs to ensure resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance.
• Basic proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Knowledge of real estate software (Yardi) is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC servicing, basic plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders.
• Assist with exterior property upkeep and landscaping tasks.
• Keep accurate maintenance records in the property management system.
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies.
