Job summary

The Property Management Company, Inc. (The PMC) is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to support property upkeep and safety. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general repairs across our communities, ensuring fast unit turns and resident comfort.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of maintenance experience, are detail oriented, and can document work orders and safety checks. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property maintenance experience.
• Basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to ensure fast unit turns and resident satisfaction.
• Respond to work orders promptly and complete repairs to spec.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Maintain records of activities, inspections and purchases.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage safety standards.
• Support housing program compliance and reporting.
