Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our Leesburg II community in Leesburg, VA. You will perform daily maintenance across electrical, plumbing, and appliances, and prepare vacant units for new residents to ensure a high-quality living experience.

You will participate in the on-call rotation, communicate with vendors, and uphold safety and maintenance standards to protect residents and property assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Minimum one year of maintenance experience in property management or related trade.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks in electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using Make Ready procedures.
• Respond to maintenance requests and on-call emergencies.
• Maintain exterior areas and pool areas; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and report issues to vendors.
