Job summary

Fairfield Residential’s Auburn Court community in Auburn, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II. You’ll perform daily maintenance tasks, diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, and prep vacant units for new residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License may be required.
• Minimum one year of experience in property maintenance or related trade.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Maintain exterior of the property and pool areas.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors.
