Job summary

Fairfield Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to support our Cove at Tiburon community. You will diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, and prepare vacant units for new residents while supporting safety across the property.

You will also participate in on‑call rotations, coordinate with vendors, and help maintain exterior and common areas, contributing to a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of maintenance experience in property management or related trade.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance in electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using Make Ready procedures.
• Inspect and maintain exterior areas and common facilities.
