Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to provide customer‑centric maintenance services at a Colorado property. You will respond to service requests, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare units for turnovers while coordinating parts and supplies in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include operating and monitoring building systems, ensuring safety, and documenting work. A strong emphasis on reliability, communication, and teamwork is required, with after‑hours

Qualifications

• High school/GED or trade school diploma with 3–5 years of full‑time general maintenance experience or equivalent.
• HVAC certification and EPA 608 certification (Type I & II) required.
• CPO certification or plan to obtain within six months; clear communication and security knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in BAS, Entrata and CMMS for logging service requests and completed work.
• Maintain property per SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs to keep assets functioning.
• Inspect and service major systems (RTU, hot water, electrical, UPS) and life safety equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervisors; document work with notes, parts, follow‑ups.
