Job summary

WinnCompanies seeks a Maintenance Technician II for Columbia Square Apartments in Columbia, MO. You will perform maintenance across units, common areas, and grounds to uphold safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances and HVAC, and good communication skills. CAMT is preferred, and on-call availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
• CAMT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Complete service requests and repairs per procedures.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and market readiness.
• Perform maintenance service orders and inspections.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal, snow removal, landscaping, and trash management.
• On-call for emergencies as scheduled.
