Arnold Grounds Apartment Management seeks a dependable Maintenance Technician for Stratford Commons I & II in St. Louis, MO.

The role involves handling resident work orders, performing repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and completing unit turns to company standards. The ideal candidate has multifamily maintenance experience, strong diagnostics, and the ability to work independently while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

Competenze

Multifamily maintenance experience preferred.
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry proficiency.
HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
Troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Professional communication and customer service.

Mansioni

Complete resident work orders accurately and timely.
Perform general repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry.
Complete apartment make-readies and unit turns.
Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections of apartments and property equipment.
Diagnose maintenance issues and make repairs or recommendations.
Assist with property grounds, common areas, and maintenance shop.
Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance calls (on-call rotation).
Maintain records of work orders, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
Follow safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and Fair Housing guidelines.
Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and team members.
Assist with inspections and address deficiencies promptly.
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, parts, and supplies.
