Invitation Homes in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance across multiple trades in single-family rental homes while delivering outstanding resident service.

You will handle proactive maintenance, educate residents, conduct property condition assessments, and work with the property management team. OSHA 10 and residential maintenance experience required; EPA/HVAC certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 10 certification required or within 90 days of hire.
• Residential repairs and maintenance experience.
• Understanding of residential construction and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance service requests across multiple trades.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience for residents.
• Complete ProCare visits for proactive maintenance and repairs.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics.
• Conduct property condition assessments and alert management when urgent actions are needed.
• Review technician reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Repair work in vacants during turnover or on-market periods.
• Operate tools and company vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Attend to additional duties as assigned.
