Job summary

Burlington Stores in Florence Township, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Skilled Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated material handling equipment across our distribution facilities. You will troubleshoot conveyors, robotics, AS/RS, and related systems while maintaining high equipment availability and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a distribution, manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot MHE and robotics.
• Valid driver’s license and PC/mobile app proficiency.
• Experience with PLCs and HMIs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical aspects of MHE on site.
• Adjust conveyors, scanners, cameras, field buses, and other devices.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and basic electronics troubleshooting.
• Create and close work orders using asset management apps.
• Follow safety procedures including LOTO and PPE.
• Assist training of junior technicians and technician trainees.

Education
