Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Skilled Technician to support installation, maintenance, and repair of automated material handling equipment across the Georgia facility.

You will troubleshoot breakdowns quickly, validate work quality, and collaborate with lead techs and leadership to drive equipment availability and safety. This mid-level role offers promotion potential to Lead Technician/Tech III, with a Monday-Thursday 2nd shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in distribution, manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
• Familiar with wiring diagrams, electrical measurement and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical aspects of material handling equipment on site.
• Assist with preventive/predictive maintenance and root cause analysis.
• Use work orders and asset management apps to document labor, downtime and parts used.
