Colorado Rockies is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across residential, office, and hotel properties, with emphasis on kitchen equipment repairs. You will work independently to complete work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain records of repairs and parts usage, contributing to safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Five years of building maintenance experience, preferably in large commercial or mixed-use property.
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment is required.
• Comfort with diagnosing and repairing multiple building systems.

Responsabilités

• Independently perform complex maintenance and repairs for residential and business facilities, including diagnostics.
• Carry out kitchen equipment maintenance, incl. ovens, fryers, grills, steam tables, dishwashers, ice machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections to reduce breakdowns.
