Job summary

RedPeak Maintenance Technician II keeps our apartment communities in top condition, performing drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs with a focus on safety and resident comfort.

You will assist with scheduling, vendor oversight, and daily inspections across multiple buildings in Denver, CO, while providing strong customer service and timely service requests handling.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent training/experience.
• 1-2 years in multifamily maintenance or equivalent.
• HVAC/EPA, CPO, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry certifications preferred.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm; on-call if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventative maintenance repairs including drywall, plumbing, painting, electrical, appliance repair, and HVAC.
• Assist with scheduling, vendor management, and oversight of the property.
• Conduct routine inspections to keep the property safe and well maintained.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies.
