Chuze Fitness in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety and reliability of gym equipment and facilities. You will handle preventive maintenance, perform repairs, and collaborate with the facilities team to keep member spaces welcoming and functional.

The role requires 2+ years in a mechanical, electrical, or plumbing trade, CMMS experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in a mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) trade or related role.
• Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Proficient mechanical knowledge with ability to troubleshoot and maintain fitness facility equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, functionality and cleanliness of equipment and facilities, impacting member experience and operations.
• Manage work orders for in-house duties and outsourced services using CMMS.
• Coordinate outsourced projects; review pricing and approve contracted jobs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and prioritize critical repairs to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain maintenance log and inventory; order supplies as needed.
• Travel within market for training sessions and meetings; provide support as needed.
• Demonstrate Chuze Kindness while completing tasks on gym floor and in member areas.
• Complete administrative tasks including email management.
