Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent; ALPLA apprenticeship program completion.
• 3 years’ experience as Industrial Maintenance Technician or ALPLA apprenticeship program required.
• Certification in PLC programming, robotics, or automation systems is preferred; PMMI CAP or similar certificates beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery including motors, pumps, conveyors, CNC machines, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process issues affecting performance and downtime.
• Maintain infrastructure equipment and building; conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts; communicate risks to leadership.
