ADP, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead in McDonough, GA on the 2nd shift (2:30pm–11pm) with overtime as needed.

The role leads maintenance activities, maximizes machine efficiency, and schedules preventive maintenance for wash processes within the facility. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in maintenance and PLC/electrical repair, with hands-on experience in welding, piping, and boiler systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in general maintenance machine operations and facility maintenance for high-volume systems.
5 years of PLC and advanced electrical maintenance/repair experience.
Experience with welding, pipe installation/repair, and heating/boiler units.
Experience with doors, offices, forklifts, and general facility maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

Support corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance programs at the local facility.
Coordinate maintenance scheduling to reduce downtime while maintaining safety.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems and provide technical support to maintenance personnel.
Control, monitor and maintain inventory of parts and tools used by the department.
Support management with equipment analysis and cost-effective operation recommendations.
Direct and support staff to install, maintain and repair equipment; ensure housekeeping.
Manage and direct multiple projects simultaneously.
Train and develop maintenance personnel.
