Job summary

Condustrial, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. You will perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance while troubleshooting and repairing production and facility equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

This safety-sensitive role requires a strong safety mindset and adherence to all company policies. The technician will work with plant personnel to improve reliability and unit performance through proactive

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with PLC systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to diagnose equipment faults and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Replace and rebuild components including gears, shafts, pulleys, and belts.
• Perform scheduled PMs on production equipment.
• Set molds in injection molding machines (with assistance).
• Operate powered lift equipment and support safety culture.
• Participate in shift meetings and maintenance training programs.
