Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain and repair field and shop equipment and machinery used in frozen fruit production.
• Repair and maintain facility equipment; install, repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Operate and service air compressors, motors, and related equipment; respond to breakdowns and emergencies.
• Plan jobs from blueprints and sketches; maintain records and ensure preventive maintenance activities are performed.
