Job summary

Randstad USA in McDonough, GA is seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for the night shift. You will ensure continuous operation and peak efficiency of high-speed automated production, packaging, and utility equipment, with a focus on safety and minimizing downtime.

The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems and PLCs, reads schematics, performs preventive maintenance, and documents work in CMMS.

Qualifications

• 4 years of maintenance experience on electrical and mechanical systems.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, service manuals and work orders.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on production, packaging and processing equipment and utility systems (planned and unplanned).
• Troubleshoot PLC and AC/DC drive systems.
• Read and interpret technical procedures and schematics to perform maintenance.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and document work orders in CMMS.
• Maintain communication with other departments and supervisors regarding downtime and issues.
