Job summary

ALPLA Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery in our Las Vegas facility.

This role requires deep knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to minimize downtime. You will perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and routine servicing on motors, pumps, CNC machines, and automation equipment, while ensuring safety standards and proper

Qualifications

• 2 year technical degree or equivalent; apprenticeship preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as Industrial Maintenance Technician.
• Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical issues.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Certifications in PLC programming, robotics, or automation systems.
• OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on motors, pumps, conveyors, CNC machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to reduce downtime.
• Maintain infrastructure equipment and building; conduct regular inspections.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Warehouse to improve plant performance.
