Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Keosauqua, IA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II/III to ensure safe, reliable operation of plant equipment and facilities. This hourly role supports Lean initiatives and uses CMMS to manage work orders and ROC.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, read blueprints, and collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime during a 10:00am–6:30pm shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED.
• 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• On-Call rotation participation required.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, test, and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Manage maintenance work orders and root-cause analysis using CMMS.
• Perform facility and equipment audits and ensure safety standards.
• Communicate technical information clearly at shift turnover.
