Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Keosauqua, IA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II (or III) to ensure daily plant equipment runs safely and efficiently. You will support safety, TPM initiatives, and standard maintenance practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This on-site role requires electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic knowledge, experience with CMMS, and a teamwork mindset. Shift is 10:00am–6:30pm; on-call rotation may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year in Industrial Maintenance Technician and 5 years in manufacturing.
• Valid Driver's License and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plant machinery to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Operate forklifts and company vehicle as required.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and consumables.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders, repairs, and ROC.
• Perform facility and equipment audits; document safety practices.
