Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Keosauqua, IA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II or III to ensure daily, safe operation of plant equipment. The role may be filled at the II or III level based on experience, with responsibilities spanning troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance.

You will collaborate with a maintenance team, manage parts, and use CMMS to track work orders and root causes. A 2:00am–10:30am shift supports our early-morning production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED.
• Minimum 1 year as Industrial Maintenance Technician and 5 years in manufacturing.
• On-call rotation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, test and repair plant machinery and equipment.
• Manage spare parts and consumables inventory.
• Operate forklifts and company vehicle as required.
• Use CMMS to manage maintenance work orders and root cause analysis.
• Conduct facility and equipment audits and communicate findings at shift turnover.
