Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in Industrial Maintenance Technician role and 5 years in manufacturing.
• Valid Driver's License and willingness to be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, test, and repair plant machinery to ensure safe operation.
• Manage spare parts and inventory.
• Utilize CMMS to manage maintenance work orders and ROC analysis.
• Read blueprints and schematic drawings for repairs.
• Operate forklifts and participate in Lean initiatives (6S, Kanban, TPM, RCA, Kaizen).
• Conduct facility and equipment audits.
