Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Maintenance Technician II (or III) in Keosauqua, IA to ensure daily, safe, efficient operations of all plant equipment. The role may be filled as Tech III depending on experience. Shift: 10:00am – 6:30pm.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance, using a CMMS, and supporting Lean initiatives. Requires a high school diploma, 1 year as an Industrial Maintenance Tech and 5 years in manufacturing, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in Industrial Maintenance Technician and 5 years in manufacturing.
• Valid Driver’s License and On-Call rotation.
• Willingness to complete maintenance certification training.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, test, and repair plant machinery and equipment.
• Manage spare parts and consumables inventory.
• Use CMMS to manage maintenance work orders and root cause analysis.
• Support Lean initiatives (6S, Kanban, TPM, RCA, Kaizen).
• Operate forklifts and company vehicle as required.
