Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work.
• Knowledge surrounding HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repair work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry and other systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs in a timely manner per standards.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready promptly; performs turnkey work as needed.
• Conducts apartment preventative maintenance.
• Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintains safety culture and follows all safety policies and procedures.
