Hawthorne Residential Partners seeks a Maintenance Technician II to maintain Legacy at Lake Charles. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance across the community, ensuring readiness of vacant units and proper upkeep of common areas.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, two years of apartment maintenance experience, and EPA/HVAC certification with a valid driver’s license. CPO is a plus; on-site work with an on-call rotation is required.

• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA/HVAC Certification and valid driver’s license required; CPO certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance per company policy.
