Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Bee Cave, Texas. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks to keep apartments in top condition.

You will ensure units are rent-ready and support preventative maintenance, with on-call rotation and safety at the forefront. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with

Qualifications

2–3 years of maintenance experience, HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge.
A valid driver’s license.
Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule in rotation with the team each month.
Ability to communicate with residents and team members to provide customer service.
Ability to read and understand policies including safety/SDS information.
Knowledge of PPE and safe chemical handling.
Basic understanding of emergency systems and painting tools.

Responsibilities

Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, painting/wallcovering, water features, and waste management.
Completes assigned service requests and repairs per company standards in a timely manner.
Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready promptly and performs turnkey work as required.
Conducts apartment preventative maintenance.
Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
Maintains a safe, incident- and injury-free culture by following safety policies.
Performs hot works including brazing, soldering, and welding per standards.
