Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on repairs, and keep common areas in top condition at our Austin community. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance and timely response to issues to ensure market-ready apartments.

The ideal candidate will have basic trade skills, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. Strong communication in English is required.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC (if applicable).
• Strong knowledge of safety practices.
• Good written and oral communication in English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Able to use smartphones for work tasks.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and schematics.
