Vivmark Residential in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to maintain our apartment homes and deliver exceptional living experiences. The role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance to keep the community in top condition.

You will join a team that values safety, customer service, and career growth, with a 40-hour week and on-call rotation. Prior hands-on maintenance experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to participate in monthly on‑call rotation.
• Strong customer service and communication with residents.
• Ability to read policies and safety data sheets (SDS).
• Knowledge of PPE and safe chemical handling.
• Basic understanding of emergency systems and equipment shutoffs.
• Experience with painting interior/exterior surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Completes service requests promptly and to standard.
• Ensures vacant homes are rent-ready.
• Performs preventative maintenance.
• Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintains a safe, incident-free work culture per policies.
• Performs hot works including brazing, soldering, welding.
