Job summary

Gross Residential is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician in Ohio to handle day-to-day preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and prepare units for turnover. This full-time role requires teamwork and strong customer service, with on-call and weekend rotation.

You'll perform a wide range of repairs, maintain common areas, and assist with appliance installation, basic HVAC, and plumbing.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining residential apartment buildings.

• Ability to work on-call and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across units.
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
