Job summary

Mayfair Management Group, LP is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Tech II to join our growing property management team. You will handle maintenance across the community, including grounds, preventive and emergency tasks, and ensure the physical integrity of the property.

Ideal candidates have basic maintenance skills in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work, with willingness to learn and contribute to a high standard of resident service. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Own basic tools.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, simple correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple notes and fill out a Maintenance Service Request.
• Ability to communicate with residents and other employees.
• Be Team Player.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.
• Ability to write legibly and clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the apartment community.
• Responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Basic understanding of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make-readies, and some A/C experience.
