Mayfair Management Group, LP is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to join a renowned property management team in Corona Del Valle. The role involves maintaining and enhancing the apartment community, handling preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance, and ensuring the physical integrity of the property.

Qualified candidates should have basic maintenance skills across carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work and some A/C experience.

Qualifications

• Own basic tools.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, simple correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple notes and fill out a Maintenance Service Request.
• Ability to communicate with residents and other employees.
• Be Team Player.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the apartment community.
• Perform preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Possess basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make-readies, and some A/C experience.
• Read, comprehend, and follow simple instructions and memos.
• Communicate effectively with residents and other employees.
