Mayfair Management Group is seeking a highly-motivated maintenance professional for our property management team. You will handle all aspects of the property's maintenance, including grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency tasks to keep the community safe and well-maintained.

Ideal candidates should have HVAC experience, be a team player, and able to read and interpret technical procedures while communicating clearly with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform general building maintenance and preventive tasks.
• Experience with HVAC systems and essential tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and regulations.
