Job summary

Environmental Air Systems is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our Facilities Department. This role performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility equipment and building systems.

You will diagnose common issues, complete assignments with minimal supervision, and assist in training less experienced technicians. Tasks include coordinating with contractors, maintaining logs, and supporting production equipment.

Qualifications

• Reading and following equipment manuals and maintenance procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for routine and moderately complex issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance on EAS assets, facility equipment, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, plumbing, lighting, door hardware, and facility-related issues with minimal supervision.
• Assist with contractor coordination and ensure work areas are safe for outside vendors.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, parts usage, and equipment history.
