Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and trend facilities systems via the building management system.
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and related equipment.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, boilers, and cooling equipment.
• Respond to facility maintenance requests with a focus on reliability and safety.
• Communicate status and work performed to management and owner representatives.
• Support on-site emergencies and on-call rotations as needed.
• Assist in safety training and adherence to procedures.
