Springs at 1100 is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform general maintenance tasks across the property. The role supports move-ins, rehab projects, and preventative maintenance, ensuring a quality living experience for residents.

Under supervision, you will manage work orders in Yardi, assist with capital projects, and maintain safety standards. A valid Texas driver's license and basic maintenance tools are preferred to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Ability to follow safety and compliance policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments (painting, cleaning, repairs).
• Coordinate move-in schedules with managers.
• Manage work orders and respond to service requests within 24–48 hours.
• Maintain grounds and common areas for a quality living environment.
• Assist with preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and report issues promptly.
