Job summary

Case & Associates in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Maintenance Technician to prepare apartments for new residents and assist the Lead Maintenance Technician with additional duties. This role focuses on completing light repairs, responding to maintenance requests, and keeping common areas in good condition.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of related experience, a valid driver's license, reads and communicates in English, and is available for on-call work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must read, speak and understand English for business purposes.
• Available for on-call work.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Completing light maintenance repairs to prepare apartments for new residents.
• Handling maintenance requests on occupied apartments including plumbing, appliances, carpentry, painting, and roof repairs.
• Maintaining maintenance in leasing office, clubhouse, laundry rooms, models, pool areas, and property fences.
• Managing pool and Jacuzzi areas including chemical checks and repairs.
• Assessing extraordinary maintenance needs for the property.
• Depositing ice-melt and shoveling snow as needed.
• Ordering maintenance materials with approval of the Property Manager.
• Relaying or repairing carpeting.
• Assuming Lead Maintenance Technician responsibilities when necessary.
• Completing tasks assigned by Property Manager or Property Supervisor.
