The role covers basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC support, carpentry, safety inspections, and event setups, with a rotating on-call schedule.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior maintenance experience; driving and a valid license are required for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• General maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with the public.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs as assigned.
• Assist with tracking maintenance activities, repairs, and service.
• Maintain maintenance records, manuals, and documentation.
• Support conference room setups, events, and office reconfigurations.
• Assist with furniture moves, relocations, and general labor.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours maintenance.
