Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our Burbank, CA team. This full-time role requires diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and various building systems to keep the community in top condition.

You will handle service requests, ensure apartments are move-in ready, and perform preventative maintenance with a focus on safety and quality. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance repair

Aufgaben

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, and other maintenance areas.
• Completes service requests and repairs in a timely manner following company standards.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready promptly and performs turnkey work as needed.
• Conducts preventative maintenance on apartments.
• Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintains safety culture by following Vivmark policies and reporting hazards.
• Performs hot works such as brazing, soldering, and welding within company standards.
