Job summary

Resilience, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for day shift in West Chester, OH. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, fire systems), document activities in CMMS, read SOPs, and ensure compliance with cGMP/SOPs.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Experience maintaining facilities systems including building fire systems, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, humidifiers and air dryers.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Read SOPs and excerpts from technical documentation.
Perform preventative (scheduled) and corrective/emergency (unscheduled) maintenance of equipment, systems, and facilities.
Use CMMS to document maintenance activities and review work requests.
Monitor equipment and systems for performance and problem indicators; report deviations.
